Trump, on way back from Mideast, attacks celebrities

President Trump spent some of his time flying back from the Middle East posting about his “Bad Blood” with music stars Taylor Swift and Bruce Springsteen.

“Has anyone noticed that, since I said ’I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT,’ she’s no longer ’hot?’” Mr. Trump wrote on social media Friday.

Mr. Trump and Ms. Swift have been critical of each other publicly.

Ms. Swift endorsed Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris in 2024 after an artificial intelligence image showed the pop phenomenon backing Mr. Trump.

“Recently I was made aware that AI of ’me’ falsely endorsing Donald Trump’s presidential run was posted to his site. It really conjured up my fears around AI, and the dangers of spreading misinformation. It brought me to the conclusion that I need to be very transparent about my actual plans for this election as a voter. The simplest way to combat misinformation is with the truth,” Ms. Swift wrote on social media at the time. “I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election.”

After she endorsed Ms. Harris, Mr. Trump ripped her on social media.

On Friday he attacked Mr. Springsteen after the rocker blasted the Trump White House during a Wednesday concert in Manchester, England. The president posted he “never liked him, never liked his music, or his Radical Left Politics.”

He added, “I see that Highly Overrated Bruce Springsteen goes to a Foreign Country to speak badly about the President of the United States. … He’s not a talented guy — Just a pushy, obnoxious JERK, who fervently supported Crooked Joe Biden, a mentally incompetent FOOL, and our WORST EVER President, who came close to destroying our Country. If I wasn’t elected, it would have been GONE by now!”

Mr. Springsteen, 75, told the Manchester crowd how much he loves America but that it’s in the “hands of a corrupt, incompetent and treasonous administration.”

Mr. Trump slammed the singer as “dumb as a rock,” and a “dried out ’prune’ of a rocker (his skin is all atrophied!)”
